Microsoft Vs David Zamos

I came across this interesting case from my Bloglines subscription.Its about a student who fought Microsft single handedly over a lawsuit (actually on several counts..like fraud,unfair competition etc.).Finally Zamos won the lawsuit or sort off…by going to the press and signing a non-disclosure agreement with Microsoft.

The significance of the case is not a student single handedly fighting the software giant but the “deceptive sales practices” followed by Microsoft.
