Adobe Acrobat Tip
Procured from Planet PDF
1.Hide toolbars. The F8 key toggles the visibility of toolbars. Hide toolbars to concentrate on reading and reveal them when you need to use the tools to process the document.
2.Hide the Menu Bar. The F9 key toggles the visibility of the Menu Bar. As with toolbars, the Menu Bar can be hidden to reduce screen clutter or revealed when menu items are required.
3.Use full-screen mode. Full-screen mode can be toggled with a keyboard shortcut: Ctrl-L on Windows or Function-L on Mac systems. When full-screen mode is active, you won’t see any toolbars, menus or other interactive icons.
4.Automatic scrolling. Holding Ctrl-Shift-H (Windows) or Function-Shift-H (Mac) activates automatic scrolling. The Up and Down arrow keys can be used to regulate the scrolling speed and direction.

One more point i would like to stress is that when your reading a PDF file in a friend’s computer then stop knocking/meddling with the toolbars…probably he has taken time to personalise it! so just hit F8 and everything vanishes..the toolbars ofcourse..and when your friend open acrobat he doesn’t have to curse you for the toolbar mayhem.
